Our primary shipping service is USPS, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery, however this could change from time to time depending on the location and speed. We strive to provide our customers with our products as soon as possible.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We pride ourselves on being there for you. The Warrior. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us and we will make it right.
RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@restorativeinkspecialists.com with details of the product and the defect. Once the product is received, we will review and determine if the product is to be replaced.
REFUND
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a set amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies and our merchant account policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
